If farm and food businesses, consumers, dieticians, social workers and environmentalists worked together to build our local food and agriculture system, what would it look like? This is one question that will be addressed at this interactive and engaging event where we will share and discuss global and local insights gained at the recent "Future of Food in Canada" conference in Toronto. See this link for videos and presentations from that event. An exciting and unique cross-section of international and national-level agriculture, health, food and environmental interests were brought together at that conference, and we are inviting the same kinds of groups to come together in Sudbury to talk about what it all means for our community.
The evening will be facilitated by Arik Theijsmeijer, FedNor Agri-Food Sector Lead, and Bridget King, Registered Dietitian.
